Stuart Quinn
(Chairman)
I moved into the area six years ago, with my wife Mandy and two daughters Tia and Millie. I joined
the committee earlier this year as Vice Chairman. I worked in the city for 20 years until 2006, when I left
to start my own business. I especially enjoy the BNCA quiz nights and helping out behind the bar. You can often
see me cheering on 'The Gunners' now we have Sky sports.

Cliff Gisby
(Vice Chairman / Bar Licencee)
I have lived in Black Notley for 22 years
I am married to Teresa who has also served on the committee, we have 3 grown up girls. I think we as a community are so lucky
to have this facility and I feel that it is a fantastic place to bring kids up and to
socialise with other kids and other members of the community in the area. I do wish more
people would volunteer to come on to the committee to help and have a say on what they like
and were we should be heading.

Brian Stubbs
(Treasurer)
My name is Brian Stubbs. My wife Joan and I moved to the village 3 years ago and soon became members of the BNCA.
In April 2006 I joined the committee and in 2007 I was elected Treasurer. I took on these roles because I felt the
association was such a unique and valuable asset that supporting it in some way was worth while. Without the voluntary
help of its members the club would not survive, so I urge anyone that values this asset and can spare any time at all
please contact us as we really do need your help.

Hello. I have lived in Black Notley for 8 years with my wife Kim and daughters Lilli and Holly.
Over the past 18 months or so I have been involved in volunteering for “bar duties” and BNCA
Committee membership. With the help of everyone in the surrounding area I believe that the
BNCA can be a thriving hub for all members of the community. Thank you, and if you ever see me
please do not hesitate to ask me for more information about how you can get involved.
We need all the help we can get

Joan Stubbs
I am married to Brian our treasurer for the B.N.C.A. Because of his involvement
I have become more interested in the association and the running of it. I felt
that joining the committee this year I could help further the plans for the future
of the club because I really do appreciate the valuable asset the facilities on offer
are to the community. I make full use of the swimming pool during the summer months
and also attend the yoga classes in the hall on Wednesday mornings. Brian and I
also do our best to attend the functions the club organizes throughout the year |
